All ARIAN OFFICIAL pieces are made to order unless otherwise stated.
- Production begins only after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Production takes 10 - 15 working days.
- Production timelines are communicated at the point of purchase or via confirmation.
- Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary due to demand or unforeseen circumstances.

02 Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally.

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners.
- Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where available.

- ARIAN OFFICIAL is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.
05 Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- ARIAN OFFICIAL does not cover or reimburse customs-related charges.
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the order being returned or abandoned, for which we are not liable.
06 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- ARIAN OFFICIAL is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered correctly fulfilled.
07 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been dispatched:
- Responsibility transfers to the customer.
- Any issues with delays, loss, or damage in transit must be raised directly with the courier.
- We will provide reasonable assistance where possible but cannot guarantee resolution.
08 Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect address details
- Refusal to pay customs fees
The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
